Q: When do I get my PayPal refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after validating your order on Amazon.

Q: I don't have a PayPal account but I still would like to purchase and try the product. How can I get my refund?
A: Please contact us at hello@getshopably.com so we can process your refund through a different payment platform.

Q: How will I know if my refund has been processed?
A: Our team will send an email confirmation in the email that you provided in the form. Please make sure that you enter a working email so you can receive updates in your Inbox/Spam folder.

REFUND GUIDELINES

1. After submitting the form, please give us 24 - 48 hours to validate your entry.
2. Once your Amazon Order ID has been validated, our team will process your refund through PayPal.
3. For entries submitted on Saturdays and Sundays, please take note that entry validations will be done by the next Monday.
