What is the Customer Insights Program?

In our Customer Insights Program, we are looking for Product Testers to help us improve and develop our health supplement products! In this remote role, you’ll receive free products to try and share your experiences, insights, and suggestions. Your input will play a vital role in enhancing the quality, effectiveness, and overall experience of our offerings.

Who can join the program?

Must have an active Amazon account.

Must have an active PayPal account to receive payments.

Must be a US resident.

Willing to try health supplements and provide honest, constructive feedback based on personal experience.

How does the program work?

1. Purchase the product via the link we will send

2. Once the purchase is complete, send us your Amazon Order ID, and we will process a full refund for your purchase.

3. After receiving your product, you're free to write an honest review within 30 days on the product.

4. Once your review is posted and verified, we will process and send you the agreed payment.

Eligibility: The Customer Insights Program is open to customers who are 18 years or older and resides in the US where we offer shipping. By joining, you confirm that all information provided in your application is accurate and up-to-date.

Multi-Brand Choice: Customers may choose products from multiple brands each month, but only one (1) product per brand is permitted within the same month.

Stock Availability: Product selection is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or adjust product choices based on inventory or program changes.

Honest Feedback: Participants are required to provide honest, constructive feedback on each product received through our official feedback form, which will be sent via a unique link 2-3 days after sign-up.

Submission Timeline: Feedback should be completed within thirty (30) days of receiving the product. Failure to provide timely feedback may affect eligibility for future participation.

Health and Safety: Please consult a healthcare professional before using any product, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking any medication. The program is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from product use.

Ownership: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by participants become the property of the program and may be used in marketing, product development, or publicly, in a way that does not reveal personal information without consent.

Testimonial Use: Your feedback may be adapted for use in marketing materials (e.g., website, social media, promotional content) in anonymized form.

Confidentiality Requirement: By joining the Customer Insights Program, you agree to keep all details of your involvement confidential and not to disclose, reference, or discuss any aspect of the program in public forums, social media, or any other public or online space.
